We are planning our annual craft fair for Oct 3rd,2026! Last year was a huge success and we are hoping that you will return this year! Mark your calendars to save the date!
BLACK TAVERN CRAFT FAIR 2026
As we approach the spring and the summer months, we are actively planning the 13th annual Black Tavern Craft Fair. This year the craft fair will be on October 3rd. The operating hours are 10-3, with set up time of arrival at 8 am. Please do not arrive prior to 8am, as we will need our own time on that day to set spaces, signage, parking etc.
Black Tavern annual craft fair reminders and info
1. The event is rain or shine. There are no refunds and there is no rain date.
2. The Black Tavern does not provide tents. We no longer provide tables for indoor or porch vendors as a courtesy. If a table is needed for indoor, porch or barn you will need to specify that on your application, and one will be in your space in advance. No requests will be permitted on the day of the event. There is a $5.00 charge for a table rental set up in your space and payment will be required with your craft fair fee.
3. The spaces are 10×10 and the fee is 40.00. If you require a larger space you will need to specify this on your application, and the location of the larger space will be determined and an additional fee assessed. Returning vendors from the prior year are given priority for locations. Openings on the porch or inside the tavern and barn will be filled on a first come first serve basis. We will try to accommodate all requests.
4. Set up time is at 8 am. Please check-in at the porch of the Black Tavern and a board member will guide you to your space.
5. In the Tavern, we have a restroom for your convenience. There is a refrigerator available in the kitchen, where we provide free coffee and donuts in the morning for our vendors.
6. At the end of the event, please pick up all of your items and leave the grounds as it was found.
7. Applications/Contracts with payment need to be submitted by September 1, 2026. Make checks payable to The Black Tavern.
